The international menu distills signature favourites from each of our hotels and resorts. It also offers select dishes from COMO Shambhala Cuisine, a COMO Hotels and Resorts hallmark and a health food concept developed by COMO Shambhala, the wellness arm of the COMO Group. Each plate is prepared from scratch using the freshest in-season produce as well as ingredients that are, wherever possible, sourced locally. With dishes handpicked from a range of COMO Hotels and Resorts such as COMO Castello Del Nero, Italy; COMO Uma Paro, Bhutan; COMO Maalifushi, The Maldives, and COMO Shambhala Estate, Indonesia, the COMO Cuisine menu is designed to inspire the palate with memorable flavours. Our chefs come from the different kitchens of COMO Hotels and Resorts all over the world and under the stewardship of Executive Chef Chutipol Laoyodtrakul, they serve authentic fare alongside inspired alternatives that are refined with global flavours and prepared with local culinary techniques.
