Located in COMO Dempsey, Torno Subito, which means ‘I’ll be right back’ in colloquial Italian, pays hommage to 1960s Italy, an era that witnessed the Golden Age of Italian cinema and summers by the Adriatic Riviera. The menu showcases the whimsical and innovative use of ingredients that celebrate the specialties of the Emilia-Romagna region where Bottura comes from. Housed in a former British army barrack and designed by award-winning Italian designer Paola Navone of OTTO Studio, Torno Subito welcomes diners to immerse themselves in a whimsical culinary journey that honours tradition with creative riffs on Italian flavours.
