      Experience the art of tempura at the first Southeast Asian outpost of Osaka’s oldest premium tempura restaurant, Ippoh. Housed in an intimate enclave designed by acclaimed Italian designer Paola Navone, Ippoh Tempura Bar By Ginza Ippoh offers the same refined tempura prepared according to culinary traditions dating back to 1850.

      A modern tradition

      A fifth-generation member of the founding family, Chef Masaru Seki brings Ippoh’s delicately-battered Osaka-style tempura to Singapore.

      Airflown ingredients

      The restaurant uses only seasonal fresh ingredients air flown directly from Japan including spring water from Osaka and also safflower oil for a delicate taste.

      Curated sake selection
