Guests can indulge in the restaurant’s signature à la carte or ‘ah-ma-kase’ menus — a play on the Japanese omakase concept, combined with the Hokkien word for grandmother — featuring beloved family recipes like Chef’s Mum’s Chicken Curry and Babi Buah Keluak.
This year, Candlenut continues its tradition of collaborating with local artists to create unique gifting items. Partnering with Singaporean designer Zi Xi, the restaurant introduces exclusive coasters and tea towels adorned with bespoke designs celebrating Peranakan culture, perfect for gifting.

Embark on a festive journey with two menus from Culina Bistro. The first, Festive Revelry, is a three-course menu featuring a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve upon arrival. For the main course, guests can savour choices like Pan-seared Barramundi or Roasted Turkey Galantine. The menu finishes with a choice of Buttermilk Panna Cotta or fresh Seasonal Fruits.
The second, a Holiday Indulgence set for four showcases a sumptuous sharing feast. Begin with the same decadent seafood platter, followed by hearty mains like Josper-grilled OP Rib Steak or a Seabass. The meal is elevated with sides such as Truffle Galette and Jerusalem Artichokes, perfect for sharing.

Torno Subito celebrates Christmas with two festive feasts that showcase the flavours of Italy. The five-course dinner menu spotlights creations like Seppia E Carciofi, a dish of roasted baby cuttlefish and artichoke; Risotto and Controfiletto, featuring striploin and foie gras for a rich and indulgent main; as well as citrus-studded sweet Panettone bread—a staple dessert typically served during the festive season in Italy.
On 25 December, families and friends can gather to ring in the festivities with a five-course lunch. It features signature classics like Tortellino Al Tartufo—creamy Modenese stuffed pasta paired with Alba White Truffle, often prepared by Northern Italians on Christmas day.
